ECOLOGY

The menu is made of FSC-certified wood, an international label guaranteeing that the wood used complies with sustainable forest management procedures. In addition, to ensure its durability and protection, I cover the menu with translucent linseed oil, an ecological and 100% natural oil that will treat it against UV rays and delay the graying effect of the wood.
