The ad card is FSC-certified, an international label that guarantees that the wood used complies with sustainable forest management procedures. In addition, to ensure its durability and protection, we coat the ad card with linseed oil, an ecological and 100% natural oil that will treat it against UV rays and delay the graying of the wood.

Since wood is a natural and living material, each announcement card will be unique and will have a different color. There may be knots or slight color variations.
Claim :
After receiving your package, the legal deadline is 3 days from the date of receipt of your order to file a claim. We give you an additional 7 days, which gives you a maximum of 10 days to contact us, in order to inform us of a claim such as an error, a problem with your item, or other. If the error is ours, we will of course reissue your order very quickly with our sincere apologies.
