The urn is FSC certified, an international label guaranteeing that the wood used complies with sustainable forest management procedures. In addition, to ensure its durability and protection, I cover the urn with linseed oil, an ecological and 100% natural oil that will treat it against UV rays and delay the graying effect of the wood.

Claim :

After receiving your package, the legal deadline is 3 days from the date of receipt of your order to file a claim. We give you an additional 7 days, which gives you a maximum of 10 days to contact us, in order to inform us of a claim such as an error, a problem with your item, or other.
